Can I change the details of my order or cancel it completely?

We do our absolute best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, we aren't always able to change your order after you’ve made your purchase. Contact our customer service team via the contacts page as soon as you can if you need to change your order and we will do our best to help.

My order is incorrect, what do i do?

We apologise and would like to make it up to you. Please contact us at contact@runamokindustries.com.au as soon as possible with your order number and an image or detailed description of the incorrect item(s) you received. We will then provided you with a pre-paid shipping label and returns authorisation form to send back your unwanted item(s). A replacement order will be shipped to you immediately.

How do i know my order has been received?

You'll receive a confirmation email. In the rare event that you don't, please contact our customer service team via our contact us page and we'll sort it out ASAP.

Why was my order cancelled

If this happens we will inform you immediately. Your order was most likely cancelled because the item you ordered is in high demand and suddenly became out of stock. We promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 - 48 hours and your card will be refunded. If your order contains additional items, these items will be shipped to you. Only the unavailable item(s) will be removed from your order.
